Marketing Officer Nexum Global Human Resources Consultancy

Must have proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and endorsing qualified candidates to clients.

Promote Nexum’s HR services effectively to potential clients and maintain strong professional relationships.

Responsible not only for acquiring clients but also for actively sourcing and building a pool of candidates/applicants based on client requirements.

Ensure proper coordination and alignment throughout the recruitment process , from job posting, candidate screening, endorsement, interview scheduling, up to onboarding.

Handle basic digital marketing efforts including email campaigns and social media outreach to generate both client and candidate leads.

Present the company and its HR services clearly, confidently, and professionally to potential clients and partners.

Prepare and submit regular status reports, recruitment updates, and performance reports to management.

Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, candidates, and internal teams.

Highly attentive to process flow and capable of managing multiple tasks while ensuring smooth coordination at every stage of recruitment.
