Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and execute marketing communications and campaign in Kurdish as the primary language to build trust and improve conversion rates among local users

Support the creation of platform-specific content focusing on short, localized video lessons that teach users how to transact in seconds

Track and report KPIs related to regional activities and campaign

Manage website in Kurdish language

Prepare and create content for ZC media channels including ZC App, Agent App, website, printed material, SMS, in-app notifications, WhatsApp, moderation, etc.

Prepare content including holidays, Eid, occasions, and ZC services & products.

Desired Candidate Profile

Fluent in Kurdish.

Experience in digital marketing.

Bachelor degree in related field.
