Roles & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company s overall business objectives and enhances brand visibility.
  • Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and events, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Manage and curate marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, email newsletters, and social media graphics, ensuring they resonate with target audiences.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, measure success, and inform future marketing strategies.
  • Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of public relations initiatives and influencer marketing campaigns, enhancing the company s public image.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, target audiences, and competitive positioning, adapting strategies as necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; a master s degree is a plus.
  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in digital marketing and campaign management.
  • Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, as well as experience with content management systems and social media management tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience preparing and delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, developing innovative marketing solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Strong ability to stay agile and adapt to changing market trends and technologies.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills
