Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Officer to lead and execute marketing initiatives for our eco-mountain resort. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas to promote our unique offering charming bungalows, nature trails, and curated outdoor experiences targeting nature-loving guests, families, and weekend adventurers.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement the annual marketing plan aligned with the resort s brand identity and revenue goals.


Identify and define target audiences and seasonal campaigns.


2. Digital Marketing

Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) with engaging, visually compelling content.


Maintain and update the resort website with new offers, events, and photo galleries.


Run digital ads (Meta, Google Ads) targeting staycationers, families, and nature travelers.


3. Content Creation

Coordinate photo/video shoots that highlight bungalows, horse riding, hiking trails, and other experiences.


Write and edit promotional copy for brochures, blogs, newsletters, and third-party listings.


4. Partnerships & Listings

Manage and optimize presence on travel platforms (Booking.com, TripAdvisor, Airbnb, etc.).


Build partnerships with travel influencers, tour operators, and local adventure clubs.


5. Guest Engagement & Promotions

Develop loyalty offers, weekend packages, and event-driven promotions (e.g., romantic escapes).


Collect and analyze guest feedback and reviews to improve communication and experience.


6. Analytics & Reporting

Monitor campaign performance (ROI, engagement, occupancy impact).


Prepare monthly marketing reports for management review.


Key Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Tourism, or related field.


2+ years of experience in resort, hotel, or tourism marketing.


Strong command of digital tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).


Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling skills.


Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic or French a plus).


Passion for nature, hospitality, and outdoor experiences is essential.
