Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
2) Main Tasks & Accountabilities
Event and Sponsorship Coordination
- Act as the liaison between the marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth coordination for events and sponsorships.
- Manage event planning, logistics, and execution, ensuring that all promotional activities are aligned with marketing goals and brand standards.
- Oversee sponsorship deliverables, ensuring brand visibility and compliance with partnership agreements
Contract Management
- Manage marketing contracts related to events, sponsorships, and other marketing activities.
- Liaise with procurement departments to ensure compliance with internal policies and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts and agreements, ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
Documentation and Reporting
- Organize and maintain comprehensive records of all marketing projects, including contracts, budgets, and project timelines.
- Prepare post-event reports, including ROI analysis, key takeaways, and lessons learned.
- Ensure that all project-related documentation is properly filed and accessible for future reference.
People Management and Teamwork
- Create a supportive environment for the team members.
- Contribute to the team, letting others know information that may be useful or important.
- Help to create a fun, supportive work environment
- Keep accurate and up to date, information on graphics designed for past and ongoing brand promotion exercises and campaigns.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with the sales, procurement, and finance teams to streamline processes and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders related to marketing projects.
- Support the development of marketing strategies by providing insights gained from events and sponsorships.
3) Main Contacts and Working Relationships
Internal All Department Heads and Line Managers.
External Stakeholders, customers, agencies etc.
6) Position Location
To be based in Muscat Office and travelling national and International.
Desired Candidate Profile
4) Education Level Minimum Requirement
Bachelors Marketing or Sales Management
Professional Qualifications
Experience in the software industry
Experience working with global teams.
Fluency in more than one language
Work Experience
Experience 0 to 3 years in Marketing for a FMCG company/agribusiness. Experience in dairy products will be preferred.
Strong understanding of the Middle East culture.
Job Specific Skills
Project management experience with a focus on marketing, events, and sponsorships.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between sales, marketing, and external partners.
Contract management experience, with the ability to work with procurement teams.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation and records.
Analytical skills to assess project performance and generate reports.
