Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline)
Support promotional activities, events, and brand initiatives
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
Digital Marketing Support
Manage and update social media platforms and website content
Assist in running email campaigns and digital ads
Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports
Content & Branding
Support creation of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, posts)
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
Market Research
Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences
Support data collection for marketing analysis
Coordination & Reporting
Maintain marketing databases and campaign records
Prepare reports on campaign performance and lead generation
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience
0–2 years of experience (freshers can apply)
Internship experience in marketing is an advantage
Skills
Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
Good communication and presentation skills
Creative thinking and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of tools like MS Office, Canva, or Google Analytics
