Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of SEO, SMM, PPC, email marketing, and other marketing teams. Ensure each team meets their objectives and deliverables.
- Develop, implement, and refine processes to ensure efficient task tracking, workflow management, and smooth collaboration between teams.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring campaigns are aligned with the overall strategy.
- Mentor and guide team leads and members, facilitating professional growth, conducting skill assessments, and driving continuous improvement.
- Assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress using task management tools to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Leverage your B2B experience to design and implement strategies that align with client goals, with a focus on lead generation and client acquisition.
- Prepare detailed reports for management on the performance of marketing operations, campaign success metrics, and team productivity.
- Assist in budgeting for marketing activities, ensuring optimal use of resources across campaigns.
- Work closely with content, media buying, social media, creative, and web development teams to ensure marketing strategies are cohesive and client goals are met.
- Address bottlenecks and challenges within teams to maintain smooth operations and project flow.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Total 5-7 years of experience across marketing functions ,Minimum of 3 years managing multi-functional teams in a marketing agency or similar environment.
- Experience using marketing automation tools, task management software (e.g., Click up), and CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, particularly in lead generation, client acquisition, and email marketing.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret marketing metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Expertise in developing and documenting marketing workflows and standard operating procedures.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Marketing Agency Experience is preferred
