Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Our client is a B2B SaaS company focused on mobile testing solutions for enterprise engineering teams. Their platform supports technical organizations by improving mobile testing workflows, and they are growing their marketing function with a hands-on operator who can directly contribute to pipeline generation through daily execution across campaigns, content, and conversion initiatives.

Fully Remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Role Overview
The Marketing Operator will lead day-to-day execution across demand generation, content production, website optimization, and performance reporting with a strong focus on qualified pipeline creation. This is an execution-first individual contributor role designed for someone who can consistently ship work, collaborate directly with leadership, and drive measurable marketing outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Demand Generation
Design, build, and execute campaigns that generate demo requests and qualified meetings.
Launch landing pages and supporting campaign assets with contractor support when needed.
Run webinars end to end, including topic development, promotion, and follow-up.
Partner closely with Sales to improve lead-to-meeting conversion.
Website & Conversion Optimization
Maintain website messaging to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Improve conversion rates across key pages through testing and iteration.
Conduct A/B tests and implement updates to calls to action, proof points, and positioning.
SEO & Content Execution
Execute keyword-driven content updates and publish new pages with contractor support.
Refresh existing high-performing content to improve search performance.
Strengthen internal linking and on-page optimization with a focus on conversion-driven traffic.
Video Publishing
Generate content ideas and write scripts for video production.
Coordinate with internal team members to create video content.
Publish videos to YouTube and website pages with appropriate HubSpot links.
Reporting & Performance Measurement
Build reports across platforms to measure campaign and content effectiveness.
Deliver weekly reporting covering shipped work, performance outcomes, and next actions.
Adjust priorities based on metrics and attribution insights.
Daily Output Management
Maintain consistent weekly production across new content, content updates, campaigns, website updates, and video publishing.
Review contractor-produced content while contributing directly to content creation.
Desired Candidate Profile
This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client s time zone.
Qualifications Experience
4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
Proven track record of consistently shipping marketing work on a weekly basis.
Experience marketing to technical buyers such as engineering, QA, or DevOps audiences.
Hands-on experience with SEO execution and website management.
Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM and attribution tools.
Direct experience contributing to pipeline generation through marketing execution.
Skills
Strong writing and content creation skills with the ability to produce measurable marketing assets.
Ability to execute independently in a low-structure environment.
Strong performance mindset with focus on measurable outcomes.
Ability to review external content while maintaining personal production output.
Comfortable prioritizing execution speed and adapting quickly based on results.
