Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Act as the main communication link between the Marketing Department and academic schools.
Build and maintain strong relationships with academic leaders and departments.
Ensure continuous alignment and smooth information flow between marketing and academics.
Contribute to the development of strategic marketing plans for academic schools.
Support in implementing initiatives that align with TKH s brand and institutional goals.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide input for long-term marketing strategies.
Ensure brand consistency across all academic-related marketing materials.
Oversee the execution of branding guidelines and communication tone across schools.
Monitor and evaluate brand visibility and perception.
Lead the initiation and coordination of marketing projects and new launches.
Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams.
Monitor progress and ensure on-time execution of key initiatives.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Provide reports and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
Maintain organized documentation of activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Account Management, preferably within the education or service sectors.
  • Communication skills & Project Management.
