Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for events, campaigns, and agency services.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing activities (social media, email marketing, website content, paid ads).
  • Create and oversee promotional materials (presentations, brochures, event branding, online content).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive insights.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns.
  • Collaborate with event planning and sales teams to align marketing efforts with event objectives.

PR & Communications Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare press releases, media kits, speeches, and official communications.
  • Manage media coverage before, during, and after events.
  • Handle brand messaging, positioning, and reputation management.
  • Coordinate press conferences, media invitations, and VIP communications for events.
  • Manage crisis communication when required.

Brand & Event Promotion

  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing and PR channels.
  • Support event launches, sponsorship promotions, and partnerships.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Summary:

The Marketing & PR Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and public relations strategies to promote the agency s events, brand image, and services. The role focuses on increasing brand visibility, managing media relations, driving event attendance, and supporting business growth through strategic communications and campaigns.

- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.

- 10-15 years of experience in marketing and PR, at least 4 years in events Planning Agency in leadership role- - - Proven experience managing marketing campaigns and media relations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Analytical skills and KPI tracking

Working Conditions
