Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
  • Define and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across different customer segments.
  • Own and continuously evolve the product marketing roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and launch timelines.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies and product launch activities in coordination with sales, product, brand, and partner teams.
  • Collaborate with brand and partner teams to plan and execute joint marketing campaigns, events, and market activations.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize sales enablement tools and materials to support commercial teams.
  • Work closely with finance teams to build business cases and support pricing strategies and models.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards, translating insights into actionable recommendations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, product ownership, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, preferably within a technology-driven or industrial environment.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with sales, product development, and creative teams.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
