Roles & Responsibilities

Work hand to hand with the Marketing Manager through all the logistics and implementation of Marketing Strategies.

  • Coordinate marketing and events (in terms of marketing department duties), including handling logistics (inside the department and with vendor/suppliers), managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral.
  • Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics, creating comprehensive reports, and testing leads coming up from campaigns whether social media, exhibitions, or events.
  • Conduct market research and identify trends.
  • Help in Implementing marketing plans that include print, broadcast, and online content.
  • Support the marketing and design teams by coordinating and collating content. Manage the internal communication (MEMOs, vendors, internal documentations, and quotations).
  • Conducting research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends and customer behavior and preparing reports by collecting, summarizing, and analyzing data.
  • Supporting the Media team with creating and shooting with different trends and ideas, scheduling with students, professors, and TAs for shooting times.
  • Responsible for the giveaways and printing materials in terms of delivery, checking inventory, distribution, and preparing the kits for events.
  • Responsible for collecting the data and execution of Students, and Staff IDs and BCs.
  • Supervising the internal branding through events inside the campus, and external in exhibitions (production and Booth s installation)
  • Conduct surveys on students response and behavior to improve strategies further.

Desired Candidate Profile

EUI is looking for an experienced strong>Full-Time Marketing coordinator/strong> who stays informed about the market, industry trends, and the competitive landscape, while helping strategize and implement marketing, branding, and advertising plans. Day to day, he may draft reports, create, or coordinate content, track results, build relationships with sales teams, and otherwise support all marketing strategies. Often, he acts as the intermediary between creative and account teams.
