Marketing Senior Specialist Vodafone

What you ll do

• Assist Fixed Base Associate Manager instrong> planning base development fixed broadband strategy /strong>and formulate marketing calendar of initiatives in order to achieve targets
• Accountable for DSL base KPI s: Churn, base activity, base revenue, ARPU Development
• Develop new propositions and manage commercial launch of new initiatives by setting a solid go-to-market plan to ensure product success
• Manage internal and external stakeholders in order to leverage on best practice to ensure proper delivery of marketing calendar and fixed broadband segment strategy
• Assess current process and reporting within VFE and recommend fixes to deliver the best customer experience
