Roles & Responsibilities

Aya Real Estate Development LLC is a leading real estate development company in Dubai, committed to delivering innovative and sustainable residential and commercial properties. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our team and drive digital engagement and brand visibility. .We are looking for energetic and organized individual to join our vibrant team.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns for various real estate projects.
  • Coordinate with design and sales teams to ensure branding consistency.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow the company s presence across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube).
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content including images, videos, and stories.
  • Respond to followers, engage with potential clients, and manage online reputation.

Content Creation:

  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers to produce high-quality content.
  • Write compelling captions, blog posts, newsletters, and promotional material.

Advertising & Lead Generation:

  • Manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to generate qualified leads.
  • Monitor and analyse ad performance and suggest optimizations.

Event Support:

  • Coordinate marketing support for events, open houses, property launches, and exhibitions.
  • Prepare promotional materials and on-site branding.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track KPIs for all digital marketing and social media efforts.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2 4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on real estate or property development preferred.
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms and digital advertising.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and email marketing platforms is an advantage.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • UAE driving license is a plus.

Salary:

Competitive salary based on experience + insurance
