- Own the creative process end-to-end, from concept to execution
- Drive brand visual identity and content strategy across paid advertising and social media
- Lead and manage the relationship with our social media agency, setting direction and ensuring brand alignment
- Use AI-powered tools to produce and iterate on visual content
- Coordinate photo and video shoots with external partners, including briefing, logistics, and asset approvals
- Coordinate the end-to-end production of creatives for paid ads, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency
- Be hands-on with creative tweaks — from resizing assets to adjusting copy or visuals — stepping in directly when speed or quality demands it
- Write compelling copy for ads, captions, campaigns, and other marketing materials
- Review and provide actionable creative feedback on agency deliverables
Requirements
- 5–6 years of experience in a creative marketing or content role
- Portfolio showcasing both visual and written work samples
- Proven experience managing external agencies or creative partners
- Hands-on experience with AI content creation tools
- Familiarity with photo and video production workflows
- Excellent written communication and copy writing skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with production coordination (scheduling, post-production handoffs)
- Background in paid social advertising
- Eye for design and basic knowledge of tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
