Roles & Responsibilities

Duties And Responsibilities

On Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and manage social and digital marketing campaigns across platforms (social media, Google Ads, mass email campaigns, website)
  • Develop and manage the annual, quarterly, and monthly social media content and campaigns calendar
  • Oversee the marketing content and design by supervising the creation, posting schedules, performance tracking, and analytics
  • Grow and maintain customer and prospect databases through conversion strategies and lead-generation initiatives
  • Engage with Maliatec social media audience by monitoring, responding to, and addressing audience comments, messages, complaints, and inquiries
  • Optimize Maliatec website and digital presence to improve search engine rankings (SEO) and online visibility
  • Ensure continuous update of MaliaTec Website content/pictures and news posting
  • Lead on the preparation of the Yearly/Quarterly/Monthly Marketing
  • Prepare monthly performance reports covering campaign ROI, social media performance, digital metrics, and competitor benchmarks
  • Synchronize and maintain all marketing-related databases on Salesforce CRM

On Events & Marketing Campaigns

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate marketing and customer-related events across all markets in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • Support the development and execution of promotional campaigns linked to events and key business initiatives
  • Lead the preparation and execution of the yearly, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Coordinate logistics, timelines, and communication for events to ensure smooth execution and positive customer experience
  • Evaluate event outcomes and contribute insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
