Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales, analyzes market data and campaign performance, follow through sales and creativity. Key responsibilities include realizing and managing digital platforms and marketing (website, SEO, social media, email), creating promotional materials, and localizing global campaigns for the Italian market. This role requires a combination of analytical and creative skills, with a strong understanding of market trends and digital marketing tools.

Core responsibilities

  • Strategy development:

Create and execute marketing and communication plans aligned with business objectives, often localizing global campaigns for the Italian market.

  • Market analysis:

Conduct market research, analyze competitor activity, and monitor trends to identify target audiences and inform strategy.

  • Campaign management:

Implement and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital (SEO, social media, email), traditional (radio, TV), and events.

  • Performance monitoring:

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.

  • Collaboration:

Work closely with sales teams, leadership, and other departments to ensure alignment and support lead qualification and nurturing.

  • Vendor management:

Manage external agencies and third-party vendors to ensure effective and cost-efficient delivery of marketing activities.
