Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for optimization.
Organize and participate in industry events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Maintain and update the company s website and social media channels with relevant content.
Build and nurture relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders to maximize outreach.
Support the sales team with targeted marketing collateral and lead generation activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

4-6 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within the architecture, construction, or related industries.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in market research and data analysis.

Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.

Experience in organizing events and promotional activities.

Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
