Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement for O Design Studio.
- Coordinate and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and the company website.
- Collaborate with the design and project teams to create compelling content that showcases completed projects and highlights the studio s unique approach.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Manage the studio s social media presence, ensuring consistent messaging and timely responses to audience interactions.
- Organize and support promotional events, exhibitions, and partnerships to increase brand visibility within the architecture and design community.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and press releases.
- Maintain and update the company s CRM and marketing databases to ensure accurate tracking of leads and client interactions.
- Report regularly to senior management on marketing initiatives, results, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and manage digital marketing strategies, with a strong focus on social media platforms.
- Develop and execute on-ground marketing campaigns to boost local engagement.
- Create compelling content and visuals aligned with our interior design brand.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure marketing aligns with creative vision.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, ensuring we remain innovative and competitive.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the architecture, design, or creative industries.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with content creation, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and photography.
- Comfortable working in an office environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Passion for architecture, design, and storytelling through marketing.
- Ideal candidate: Proven experience in digital marketing, strong communication skills, creativity, and a passion for interior design
