Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and analyzing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and customer acquisition.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Create engaging content for social media, websites, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Manage social media platforms, SEO/SEM activities, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Assist in organizing marketing events, product launches, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and measure ROI against KPIs.
  • Support budget management and ensure cost-effective marketing activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 3 years of experience in a marketing role (preferably in [F&B Industry]).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in [languages, e.g., English and Arabic].
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
