Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Marketing Specialist will support the execution of Unyva s marketing plans across trade marketing, brand management, and digital initiatives. This role will work closely with the Senior Brand Manager, Trade Marketing Manager, and Sales teams to ensure campaigns are well-executed, products are effectively promoted, and the brand presence continues to grow in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and trade channels.
  • Assist in coordinating product launches, packaging updates, and promotional activities.
  • Work with Trade Marketing to prepare in-store visibility materials, promotional calendars, and POSM.
  • Support the Senior Brand Manager in brand communication, campaign tracking, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers on creative, media, and production needs.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends, preparing reports and insights for the marketing team.
  • Help track budgets, invoices, and marketing spend to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Assist in organizing events, activations, and influencer collaborations when needed.
  • Maintain marketing databases, content calendars, and performance dashboards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3 5 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or brand support (FMCG or beauty industry preferred).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Good understanding of marketing campaigns and retail/trade dynamics.
  • Team player with excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic knowledge of digital marketing tools.
  • Based in Cairo, with flexibility to travel for events and activations if required.
