Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Specialist with over 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within fast-paced tech startups (automotive tech, fin tech, or SaaS). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive brand awareness, and customer engagement through innovative marketing strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns with a focus on LinkedIn.

Collaborate with the content team to create engaging, platform-specific content for LinkedIn (e.g., posts, articles, carousels).

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, etc.) and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and CRM platforms.

Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies to target key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and create targeted campaigns for lead nurturing.

Identify and segment target audiences to create personalized marketing campaigns.

Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals and initiatives.

Collaborate with the content team (technical writer and art directors per to produce high-quality, industry-specific content (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, blogs, webinars) that resonates with B2B audiences.

Enhance brand visibility and credibility within the B2B tech space through thought leadership.

Manage the company s LinkedIn presence, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement with followers.

Stay up to date with the latest trends in B2B marketing, LinkedIn advertising, and the tech startup ecosystem to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Foster relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers.



Requirements

Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing. Experience in the tech sector is a must (preferably in automotive tech, fintech, or SaaS).

Proven experience managing campaigns and a strong understanding of LinkedIn s advertising tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Expertise in LinkedIn advertising, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.

Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and lead generation tactics.

Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hub Spot, etc.).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for B2B audiences. Motivation to succeed in a competitive environment.

Time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

High attention to detail for precise analysis of data ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have:

Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies. Experience with marketing automation tools Knowledge of SEO /SEM and search engine paid ads.
