Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns for property sales, leasing, and investments.

  • Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and online advertising.

  • Create and edit promotional visuals and videos for marketing campaigns.

  • Generate leads and coordinate with the sales team to convert prospects into clients.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.

  • Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and reports for management.

  • Organize events, property launches, and promotional activities.

  • Monitor and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency and enhance customer engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

  2. Minimum 1–3 years experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or property industry.

  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media marketing, and lead generation.

  4. Skilled in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).

  5. Excellent communication, creative thinking, and presentation skills.

  6. Ability to work under pressure and meet campaign deadlines.

  7. Knowledge of Dubai real estate market and property regulations is a plus.

  8. Proficiency in MS Office, marketing tools, and analytics software.
