Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a young, smart, presentable social media/digital marketing candidate, who can make strategies and executive the contents on digital platform.
JD -
The Social Media Marketer is responsible for managing and growing the brand’s presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok. This role involves content creation, community engagement, analytics, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media, planning & strategies aligned with business goals
Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos) tailored to each platform
Monitor trends and adapt content accordingly
Manage community interactions and respond to comments/messages
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare reports
Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams for cohesive campaigns
Run paid ad campaigns and optimize for ROI
Plan and execute digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong understanding of platform algorithms and audience behavior
Creative writing and visual storytelling
Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer
Optimize website content for SEO and manage keyword strategies
Manage email marketing campaigns and automation workflows
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
Coordinate with content creators, designers, and developers
Stay updated with digital trends and competitor strategies
Manage budgets and report on ROI
Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, and email marketing
Experience with tools like Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush, or HubSpot
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
Understanding of customer journey and conversion funnels
