Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
  • Translate complex data and analytical models into insights that can be used to develop marketing strategies
  • Brainstorm and execute ideas for creative marketing campaigns
  • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.)
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, ATL, BTL, etc.)
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Stay up to date with Market and online trends relevant to the industry for ensuring campaigns and promotions are relevant within each market
  • Assist marketing team in managing integrated marketing campaigns across offline and online tactics

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role 1+ years
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
