Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team and support the planning and execution of marketing activities that drive business growth. The role combines digital marketing, social media management, and on-ground activations, with a focus on delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing plans aligned with campaign goals and brand positioning.
  • Manage social media platforms and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Develop engaging content tailored to different target audiences.
  • Coordinate on-ground activations, events, and promotional activities.
  • Implement and manage digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, operations) for smooth campaign execution.
  • Support content marketing efforts including SEO, PPC, and copywriting.
  • Conduct basic customer experience analysis across digital touchpoints.
  • Research and test new digital tools and strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and social media.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience; agency experience preferred.
  • Experience in content creation in both English and Arabic.
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce innovative content.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with teams.
