Job Overview
One of Toyota s authorized dealers in Najaf is looking for a Marketing Specialist with below requirements:
Main Tasks:
• Actively participates in the planning, scheduling, and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies and initiatives for the organization.
• Organizes and conducts regular meetings with the sales and aftersales teams to align on objectives and progress.
• Oversees the production of marketing publications, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Monitors the promotion and performance of ongoing marketing campaigns.
• Collaborates with management to develop and negotiate the annual marketing budget.
• Engages with potential collaborators.
• Informs management of interest from new media channels seeking to collaborate.
• Supervises the documentation and archival of all marketing activities and projects.
• Establishes deadlines for marketing projects and ensures timely completion.
• Coordinates with management in the planning and execution of events.
• Works closely with media agencies to secure optimal ads placement and media coverage.
• Conducts market visits to gain insights into consumer behavior and identify communication needs, including in-store branding strategies.
• Maintains daily coordination with the Marketing Coordinator and creative agencies to support the development and design of sales and advertising campaigns.
• Manages media bookings and the delivery of marketing materials, particularly in Najaf and surrounding areas.
• Serves as the point of contact for partners during events and joint initiatives.
• Oversees collaboration with suppliers regarding media planning, budgeting, and adherence to marketing and communication guidelines.
Qualifications:
• Experience with product launches or integrated marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic Languages.
• Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics.
• Proficiency with content management systems.
• Experience in planning and leading initiatives
