Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a commercially driven Marketing & Sponsorship Manager to join an international sports organization. The role focuses on strengthening brand visibility, securing and managing sponsorships, and delivering integrated marketing and activation strategies across sports events, competitions, and development programs. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing strategy and brand visibility across digital, print, and sports events

  • Develop and manage sponsorships, including partner acquisition, activation, and reporting

  • Deliver marketing and sponsorship activations for sports events and championships

  • Act as the main point of contact for sponsors, agencies, and internal stakeholders

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline

  • At least five (5) years of professional experience in marketing, sponsorship, and/or partnerships

  • Prior experience within a sports organization, federation, league, club, or major sporting event is considered a strong advantage

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • Strong understanding of sports branding, sponsorship activation, and fan engagement

Skills

  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, event-driven environments

  • Results-oriented, detail-focused, and collaborative
