Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Establish team goals and performance metrics to guide marketing initiatives.
  • Create communication strategies that clearly articulate product and service value across diverse client segments.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and support the marketing team, ensuring optimal task delegation and alignment with KPIs and deadlines.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
  • Monitor market trends, analyze campaign performance, and incorporate client feedback to refine future initiatives.

Budget & Resource Management:

  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively.
  • Track expenditures and ensure efficient use of resources to maximize ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales and other internal departments to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated go-to-market strategies.
  • Oversee the development of client-focused marketing materials such as brochures, email campaigns, and social media content in coordination with internal teams and external agencies.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure all marketing activities, communications, and materials align with the company s brand identity and guidelines.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and campaigns.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to work outside the office environment as needed (events, client visits, market research, etc.).

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Marketing diploma is a plus.

Experience : 3+ years at similar position.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities (Arabic & English proficiency is a plus).

Solid understanding of client needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Proficiency in marketing tools (CRM, automation platforms, analytics tools, etc.).

Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset
