Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and implement segmentation logic for marketing campaigns.
Build, optimize, and maintain automated lifecycle campaigns.
Activate and sync data across platforms using tools like Braze and Hightouch.
Use Liquid templating to create dynamic, personalized messaging.
Troubleshoot data discrepancies across marketing and analytics systems.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure campaigns deliver measurable impact.
Leverage event-driven architecture and marketing system best practices to scale campaigns effectively.
What You'll Need
- Strong hands-on experience with Braze.
- Advanced SQL skills (joins, CTEs, window functions, segmentation logic).
- Experience with Hightouch or similar reverse ETL tools.
- Solid experience using Liquid templating for dynamic messaging.
- Experience building and optimizing lifecycle campaigns.
- Strong understanding of event-driven marketing systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies across systems.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Amplitude, Segment CDP, and Snowflake is a plus.
- Experience in growth marketing, experimentation, or data-driven marketing environments is desirable.
- Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO/SOC or similar.
