Job description: The Role We’re seeking a talented and versatile Marketing Video Editor to join our creative team. You’ll be the engine of our video content pipeline transforming raw footage and ideas into polished, high-converting videos for ads, social media, email campaigns, and our website. You’re not just an editor; you’re a storyteller who understands marketing goals, audience psychology, and platform-specific best practices. Key Responsibilities · Edit a high volume of short-form and mid-form video content for: · Paid Social Media Ads (Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) · Organic social content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn) · Website landing pages and product demos · Email marketing campaigns · Sales and promotional materials content creators, and designers to develop video concepts that align with campaign KPIs (clicks, conversions, engagement). · Incorporate motion graphics, text animations, sound design, and color grading to create a polished, on brand final product. · Stay ahead of video trends platform updates and new editing techniques to keep our content fresh and effective. · Organize and maintain a library of video assets, footage, and project files. · 3+ years of professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio focused on marketing or advertising content. · Software Mastery: Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator is a major plus. Job Type: Full-time
