Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of our presence on online marketplaces.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize marketplace sales performance.
• Analyze market trends to improve product positioning and visibility.
• Coordinate with inventory management to ensure product availability.
• Optimize product listings to enhance search visibility and conversion rates.
• Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark our marketplace performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align on promotional activities.
• Monitor and report on marketplace KPIs and revenue growth.
• Identify new marketplace opportunities and assess their viability.
• Resolve customer issues and manage feedback to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Stay updated with marketplace policies and ensure compliance.
• Develop relationships with marketplace representatives for strategic advantage.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Proficiency in using marketplace analytics and reporting tools.
• Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of driving growth in an online marketplace environment.
