Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
· Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with agreed terms
· Facilitate timely onboarding and training the sellers and manage supplier queries
· Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries related to orders and logistics
· Ensure that client requirements are met efficiently, addressing any issues promptly
· Oversee the entire back-to-back order process from initiation to delivery
· Coordinate between suppliers and clients to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
· Monitor stock levels to manage back-to-back orders effectively and highlight the top selling products out of stock the vendors and get the replacement for the product with similar design and price
· Review the pricing uploaded by the vendors and cross-check with competition on the top selling products
· Maintain accurate records of all transactions, supplier agreements, and customer interactions
· Prepare and present reports on order status, performance metrics and penalty module data
