The Marketplace Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing product performance across e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon Saudi Arabia and Noon. The role focuses on improving product visibility, increasing sales performance, optimizing listings, managing marketplace operations, and supporting overall marketplace growth strategies for the company.
Job Responsibilities & Duties: (In Points)

  • Manage product listings on Amazon Saudi Arabia and Noon Create, optimize, and update product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and keywords Conduct keyword research and marketplace SEO optimization Monitor product performance, sales, and conversion rates Manage inventory availability and coordinate stock updates Track marketplace KPIs and prepare performance reports Handle pricing updates, promotions, and marketplace campaigns Coordinate with design and content teams for product images and creatives Monitor competitors, pricing trends, and market opportunities Support Amazon FBA and Noon fulfillment operations Handle product variation setup and category optimization Resolve listing issues, suppressed products, and marketplace compliance problems Assist in launching new products and marketplace expansion initiatives Collaborate with advertising teams to improve ROAS and marketplace growth Ensure brand consistency across all marketplace channels

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related field
  • 1 3 years experience managing Amazon or Noon seller accounts Experience with marketplace product listing
  • optimization Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Lab Experience in e-commerce operations and marketplace management Understanding of marketplace SEO and keyword optimization Experience
  • handling product catalogs and variations Familiarity with fulfillment models such as FBA and marketplace logistics
  • Experience analyzing sales performance and marketplace reports Experience working in the Saudi or GCC e-commerce
  • market is preferred Basic understanding of digital advertising and PPC campaigns is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon and Noon marketplace systems Marketplace SEO and keyword research skills Data
  • analysis and reporting skills Inventory and catalog management abilities Strong attention to detail and organizational
  • skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Ability to analyze sales trends and marketplace performance
