Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client goals and ensure our solutions meet their business needs.
- Coordinate internally with operations, marketing, and creative teams to deliver timely and effective solutions.
- Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports.
- Stay informed about market trends, especially in the Saudi Market
- Handle client feedback and resolve issue promptly and professionally.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as an Account Manager preferably in KSA of GCC Markets
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
- Experience working with E-Commerce, marketing, or dogotal services.
