Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate with the E-commerce Commercial team to gather product and brand intelligence that supports marketplace growth and targeting strategies.

  • Develop and execute a full-year marketplace calendar aligned with the company s strategic goals and sales targets.
    • Manage SKU listings with A+ content through effective coordination with international suppliers, ensuring high-quality product representation.
    • Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and Return to Vendor (RTV) requests to maintain healthy inventory levels and support new product launches.
    • Conduct daily checks to ensure product listings are active and compliant, addressing any suppression or content issues promptly.
    • Plan and execute media buying campaigns across marketplaces to drive traffic, maximize conversions, and maintain a healthy Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
    • Build and manage partnerships and joint campaigns with marketplace platforms to strengthen brand presence and increase sales.
    • Negotiate with international suppliers to onboard new brands and expand marketplace offerings.
    • Identify and onboard new marketplace channels in line with the company s growth plan.
    • Collaborate with the Brand team to request and manage stock levels according to annual sales forecasts and budgets.
    • Provide weekly reports on sales performance, stock status, and advertising results to management

    Desired Candidate Profile

    • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in marketplace management (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Jumia, or similar platforms).
    • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in e-commerce tools, analytics platforms, and advertising dashboards.
    • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting skills.
