Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute A/B tests to optimize landing pages and marketing campaigns, driving higher conversion rates.
  • Implement and manage marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and personalize customer journeys effectively.
  • Analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance and ROI, using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Collaborate with the product team to define and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring successful market penetration.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; a strong technical foundation is essential.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a marketing engineering or related role, showcasing practical application of skills.
  • Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), demonstrating proficiency in workflow creation and management.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and practices, with experience in on-page optimization, keyword research, and link building.
