Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Mason: Lay bricks, blocks, and stones with precision, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.
  • Tile Mason: Expertly install ceramic, mosaic, and other tile types, guaranteeing perfect alignment and a flawless finish.
  • Carpenter: Construct and repair wooden structures, from framing to finishing, using various hand and power tools.
  • Steel Fixer: Assemble and secure reinforcing steel bars (rebar) in concrete forms, ensuring the strength of structures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, demonstrating a basic level of education.
  • Relevant trade certifications (e.g., Journeyman Mason, Tile Setter, Carpenter) are highly desirable, showcasing professional recognition.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, providing hands-on expertise and practical knowledge.
  • Proven experience in commercial construction projects, demonstrating ability to work on complex projects.
