Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Handle large-scale recruitment from sourcing to hiring.
  • Use job portals, social media, and referrals to find candidates.
  • Work with hiring managers to understand job needs.
  • Organize job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
