Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Handle large-scale recruitment from sourcing to hiring.
- Use job portals, social media, and referrals to find candidates.
- Work with hiring managers to understand job needs.
- Organize job fairs and recruitment events.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Ensure a smooth hiring experience for candidates.
- Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficient hiring.
