Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a full-time Massage therapy ( female) to join our team in Mad Recovery Centers Egypt Branch (Madinaty)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, focusing on sports recovery, wellness optimization, and pain relief.
  • Assess clients physical conditions and medical histories to determine appropriate massage techniques and treatment plans.
  • Utilize a combination of manual and technology-based therapies, integrating innovative machines with traditional hand-led methods.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Educate clients on self-care practices, stretching, and post-session recommendations to enhance recovery and overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with other therapists and wellness professionals to deliver holistic, client-centered care.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by adhering to hygiene and sanitation protocols.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in massage therapy and holistic wellness.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions offered by the center.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 0-1 years of experience as a massage therapist or in a related wellness role.
  • Ability to work full-time, on-site at the MAD Recovery Center in Madinaty.
  • Strong understanding of human anatomy and various massage techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and client confidentiality.
  • Willingness to learn and integrate technology-based therapies into practice.
  • Professional demeanor and a compassionate, client-focused approach.
  • High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
  • Madinaity Residences Preferably.
  • Full-time position: 5 days/week, 8 hours/day separately from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 5:00pm to 9:00 pm.
