Roles & Responsibilities
Provide professional body massage and wellness treatments to clients
Ensure high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness at all times
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain client satisfaction
Maintain treatment rooms, spa equipment, and products properly
Assist in promoting spa services and packages to clients
Learn and perform additional spa services and treatments when required
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Massage Therapist
Skilled in body massage therapies
Willing to learn additional spa and wellness services
Smart, energetic, and well-groomed personality
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a team environment
