Master Data & Business Data Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Data Governance & Accuracy:

• Manage and maintain master data (e.g., products, suppliers, customers) and critical business data across ERP and other systems.
• Ensure all data is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date to support management decision-making.

New Product Introduction (NPI):

• Oversee the end-to-end NPI process, ensuring thorough validation and ERP listing for new SKUs.
• Prevent duplication or outdated data entries by maintaining robust verification protocols. Packaging & BOM Management:
• Support the design, sourcing, and customization of packaging materials in coordination with the procurement team.
• Perform Bill of Material (BOM) calculations for all SKUs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with product specifications.

Forecasting & Reordering:

• Collaborate with operations teams to manage weekly forecasts and reorder processes. Align master and operational data to enhance inventory planning and packhouse efficiency.

Data uality Audits & Compliance:

• Conduct regular audits of master and business data, addressing discrepancies and recommending improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal data governance policies and regulatory requirements.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with digital, operations, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth data flows across departments.
• Act as the central point of contact for all business-critical data needs. Skills & ualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in MDM, business data management, or ERP
• Proficiency in ERP platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management

Key Competencies:

Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with database tools. Knowledge of supply chain workflows and BOM processes.

Ability to manage sensitive and business-critical data securely and effectively.
