Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and update master data in the ERP system, including product, supplier, and customer data.

  • Regularly validate and clean up master data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and update data requirements.

  • Generate reports and dashboards to monitor master data health and integrity.

  • Support the rollout of new master data management processes and tools.

  • Conduct periodic audits to identify and resolve discrepancies in master data.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in master data management and/or IT coordination.

  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and data governance principles.

  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, hardware, and basic troubleshooting.

  • Proficiency in Excel and data management tools.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in ERP system implementation or migration.

  • Knowledge of SQL or other database management systems.

  • Previous work experience in KSA or GCC countries.
