Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain and update master data records accurately across various systems including ERP and CRM.

  • Ensure data integrity and consistency by conducting regular audits and validations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data requirements.
  • Support data migration and cleanup projects as needed.
  • Develop and document master data management processes and best practices.
  • Provide training and support to users on master data standards and procedures.
  • Monitor and resolve data quality issues promptly to minimize business impact.


  • Maintain and update master data using Excel tools, including XLOOKUP, to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Excel.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with data cleansing and validation tools is a plus
