Master (Urban) Planner

A Master Planner shall be responsible in formulating the Jazan Economic City (JEC) operation, maintenance and management planning; and also to update and manage Master Plan as per tenants and investors needs about infrastructure, utilities, operation and maintenance of JEC. He shall work with both Saudi Aramco organizations and outside organizations such as the City Mayor, Consulting Companies and 3rd parties.

A Master Planner shall supervise and participate in advanced, highly-complex professional planning and JEC management activities which includes supervision and interface management of stakeholders within Jazan Economic City Development Department.

A Master Planner Specialist shall:

• Perform advanced professional WORK related to various planning and developing assignments of the JEC.
• Set up the JEC operation, maintenance and management planning policies.
• Manage complex planning studies, development applications and reviews consultant proposals.
• Review and recommend master pan, local regulations, codes and standard which are related to the JEC operation, maintenance and management.
• Conduct research and prepare technical reports and paper on JEC operation, maintenance and management issues.
• Provide professional planning assistance and decision-making support to Jazan Economic City related organizations.
• Review, resolve conflicts, develop master plan and JEC management plan and prepare presentation reports to Investors and stakeholders.
• Perform regular field inspections to gather data relevant to the development review process and/or to verify that development projects comply with approved plans.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with SAUDI ARAMCO organizations and other related organizations and companies.
• Present reports and other findings to concern SAUDI ARAMCO organizations and local authorities.
