Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
we are seeking a Material and Technology R&D Specialist to join our Technical Department and contribute to the development of new materials, technologies, and products in the printing and paper industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing materials, defining specifications, and driving innovation through close collaboration with internal departments and staying up to date with global trendsWork as part of the Technical Department and report directly to the Technical Department Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process requests for new products and development projects from the Sales Department.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth progression of new projects.
- Develop and manage the full cycle of new product development projects.
- Analyze and define the composition and properties of new paper materials.
- Establish technical specifications for raw materials and ensure alignment with production requirements.
- Monitor global trends and advancements in printing technologies and materials to support continuous improvement and innovation
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Applied Arts, Fine Arts, or Science .
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the printing and paper industry.
- Solid experience with printing technologies, techniques, and processes.
- In-depth knowledge of paper materials and their technical composition.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous development
