Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Make a material requirement plan according to production needs,
  2. Open a purchase requisition and implement the purchase requisition operation.
  3. Follow up the production status of suppliers, track the arrival and acceptance of materials.
  4. Manage and evaluate the materials in advance and inform the production management of the complete material information (Material Kitting )
  5. Follow up the material usage status of production department, to make data for material replenishment and loss.
  6. Raw material inventory control and treatment.
  7. Provide monthly reports for the financial department to analyze required ordered material and the production usage.
  8. Audit the warehouse reports and work to make sure they implement & follow the company s procedures.
  9. Auditing all warehouse activities related to reports and logs.
  10. Auditing as vocal point between warehouse and WIP related reports to assure its identicality and accuracy.

Initiating reports as forecast, defects& damage material and kitting report as needed (daily, monthly .)

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering in any relevant major
  • 1 3 years of experience, with at least 2 years in the same position
  • Excellent command of MS Office and ERP systems
  • Very good command of English (must)
  • Self-development and continuous learning mindset
  • Agility and adaptability
  • Quality-focused approach
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Initiative and problem-solving abilities
