Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate material receipt, storage, and distribution at project site.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Monitor material availability according to project requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and site teams.
• Track incoming and outgoing materials efficiently.
• Prepare material reports, stock reports, and documentation.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to avoid damage.
• Verify delivery notes, invoices, and material quantities.
• Maintain records in ERP / SAP / inventory systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding deliveries.
• Conduct regular stock inspections and reconciliation.
• Support engineers and project teams for material planning.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
• Identify shortages and arrange timely material supply.
• Maintain housekeeping and organization in storage areas.
