Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Monitor inventory levels and perform stock audits.
Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issues, and shortages.
Review and verify material documentation and quality compliance.
Liaise with site teams to forecast material requirements.
Optimize storage and handling of materials on-site.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
3 years of experience in material coordination within construction or industrial projects.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
