Material Coordinator

 Client of Al Sayed Staffing Solution 

We are urgently hiring Material Coordinators for a major Shutdown / Turnaround project in the Saudi Arabia Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry.

Adhere to Safety & Quality Policies, rules, and regulations

Maintain material control sheets and report to the Material Controller

Verify blind lists and collect blinds from the client site warehouse

Coordinate with execution teams and raise requests for Hydro Test Blinds (vent spade & boiler maker)

Issue blinds to execution teams prior to de-commissioning activities

Record and register all project materials (free issue or project-specific)

Verify and inspect materials used during shutdown/turnaround execution

Verify equipment numbers and material allocation to specific areas

Act as a liaison between client, execution, and inspection teams

Generate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when required

Receive and record excess materials post-execution

Request missing or additional materials as per site requirements

Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
